Spain: The Ultimate Spanish Trilogy

August 23 - September 2, 2026

From Valencia to Barcelona to Seville, this is Spain as it’s actually lived—unfiltered, unpolished, and deeply local. Slow mornings, long meals, hidden neighborhoods, and nights that run late. You’ll eat real paella where it was born, dive into the chaos of La Tomatina, and chase tapas through Barcelona’s backstreets beneath Gaudí’s surreal skyline.

The journey ends in Seville, deep in Triana—the birthplace of flamenco—where the floor shakes in a family-run peña, jamón is sliced paper-thin, sherry stays cold, and the night burns with raw Andalusian soul. This trip is for travelers who want atmosphere over checklists, and stories worth telling long after they’re home.

Morocco - Straits of Adventure

September 2 - 5, 2026

From the edge of Europe, we cross the Strait and everything changes. One short sail replaces familiar ground with new language, rhythm, and color as Morocco comes into view. Tangier hits first—an energetic port city where Africa meets Europe, layered with history, cultures, and controlled chaos inside its Kasbah walls.

Then we slow it down in Chefchaouen, tucked high in the Rif Mountains. Car-free streets, endless shades of blue, and a pace that invites wandering without an agenda. This is Morocco in contrast—bold, beautiful, and impossible to mistake for anywhere else.

Portugal: Sun-drenched hills, Douro wine tastings, and vibrant Atlantic adventures.

September 6 - 13, 2026

Lisbon is a city of golden light and limestone, where vintage yellow trams rattle through the ancient alleys of Alfama and the salt breeze of the Atlantic meets a vibrant, bohemian soul. Beyond the panoramic viewpoints, the city is a playground for oenophiles, offering curated tastings of crisp Vinho Verdes and rare Alentejo reds hidden within candlelit, centuries-old limestone vaults.

Porto serves as the moody, atmospheric gateway to the Douro Valley, defined by its dramatic granite architecture and iconic iron bridges. It is the global heart of viticulture, where you can transition from exclusive Port wine tastings in the historic riverside lodges of Gaia to private vineyard tours in the valley, sipping world-class vintages exactly where the grapes are harvested.

September 21 - 30, 2026

Adventure through the heart of Southern Dalmatia, shifting from the Roman grandeur of Split to the island-hopping charm of Hvar and Korčula, and finishing in the medieval stronghold of Dubrovnik.  By skipping the touristy season, we get an odyssey of a more soulful, authentic exploration of the Mediterranean as it was decades ago.

29o

Italy

October 1 - 29, 2026

The journey begins in Venice, navigating the canal logistics and local "Cicchetti" culture, before shifting to Bologna to access the "Motor Valley" factories of Ferrari and Lamborghini. You will then move west to Piedmont for the white truffle season and Barolo wine production, followed by the Italian Riviera to photograph the cliffside villages of the Cinque Terre and Portofino.

The central leg targets the Renaissance history of Florence and the imperial ruins of Rome, specifically prioritizing underground access to the Colosseum and the Vatican. The trip concludes in the South, basing in Sorrento and Naples to cover the Path of the Gods hike, the Capri coastline, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, and the culinary staples of the Campania region.

2a

Transylvania, Romania

October 29 - November 3, 2026

A plunge into the Gothic heart of Europe.

The journey begins in Bucharest, where you will sip cocktails on a rooftop overlooking the brutalist grandeur of the Parliament before diving into the "Old Town" maze to find hidden orthodox monasteries and 19th-century cellar restaurants.

From the capital, you will drive a private route into the mountains, stopping to marvel at the royal opulence of Peleș Castle—a palace that rivals any in Europe for sheer fairytale drama—before settling into the medieval citadel of Brașov. Here, you will walk the city walls at sunset and dine on wild boar in vaulted cellars.

Experience the silent, time-capsule villages of the Saxon north. You will walk the cobbled, rainbow streets of Sighișoara—the actual birthplace of Vlad the Impaler—and explore the authentic, white-washed village of Viscri, before returning to feast on roasted "Bulz" and recovering with a final, sophisticated meal in the heart of the Council Square.

The adventure peaks with an all-night party in Dracula’s Castle (Bran). While others just snap a photo from the road, you will be inside the fortress walls for the "Icon" Halloween event, partying in the shadow of the turrets where the myth of the Vampire was born, surrounded by the very forests that inspired Bram Stoker’s nightmare.

2b

Malta - Island of the Knights

November 7 - 12, 2026

Anchored by the rare Fiera ta' San Martin harvest festival in Baħrija, this trip blends authentic local culture with high-adrenaline history. You will explore the ghostly HMS Maori wreck and Gozo’s world-famous Blue Hole, contrasting underwater exploration with the slow travel of sleeping in a 200-year-old farmhouse and entering Valletta via sunset ferry. The culinary track follows a "Stanley Tucci" style hunt for St. Martin's Tart at Maxokk and rabbit ftira at Nenu, culminating in a chaotic "Last Supper" at Da Pippo Trattoria and a final Negroni on the steps of The Bridge Bar overlooking the ancient fortifications.
