Ski Adventure 2003

This year was a true adventure for several of our guests. Instead of a typical ski or snow boarding day, we rented Ski Bikes and took over the slopes.

Getting on and off the lift was quite the adventure. Pia took a nice wipe out with bruises to be posted on the web soon. And more than one forgot to get off the chair lift at the top, took the turn, and headed right back down hill! (See the videos in the left panel) The actual biking down the slopes wasn't as difficult as we made it. Dan won the big air contest. (Sorry Steve, if it isn't on film, it doesn't count)

Later that night, over 80 people got rather wild with their Mardi Gras costumes and after several large vats of my version of a Hurricane (4oz light rum, 4 oz dark rum, and 4 oz passion fruit), the personalities really came out.
